Xbox app cannot pick up >50th episodes

Server Version#: 1.19.2.2737
Player Version#: 2.54.0.70

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Get a show that have many episodes. In my case, I have 1665 episodes. This is true: it’s a weekly show lasted for decades.
  2. Watch it sequentially, until pass the 50th episodes.
  3. From Xbox app, try continue the show from “on deck” section on home screen.

Expected behavior: The app should pick up where I left. For example I stopped at E70, the app should bring me back to E70

Actual behavior: The app works as expected before the 50th episodes. However after E50, the app always bring me to E01

Compare with other platforms:

  • iOS: no issue
  • web: no issue

Can you help fix this issue? This is very annoying. And basically preventing getting to the correct episodes. So far I’m at ~E70, I’m still be able to navigating to the episodes by pressing the arrow keys. Imagine one day I reach E1000, then I’d have a very hard time to manually go to the desired episode.

Just adding a +1 to this. It’s super annoying. I’m in the 100s for a series now and it takes a while to scroll through to find the actual episode I want to watch. Not only that, if you try and scroll too far too quickly it will actually reset and dump you back at episode 1! So I have to scroll about 50 episodes, pause and wait, rescroll, pause and wait etc.

Hi, @Moussa sorry for bothering. I don’t know anyone else from Plex to add to this thread… Would you mind have a quick look on this issue? In case it’s something that can be easily fixed, I’d be very appreciated for bringing my extremely-long-episode list back to life :slightly_smiling_face:

This is still happening on the most recent Xbox version, which was released after this thread was started.
