When I change the Experience setting for backgrounds to Dim instead by default Blur option it’s applied only until I leave the app.
Once I close the app and enter again the default “Blur” option is again applied.
Anyone noticed that ?
Are you signing in under a different user from the home screen? If so each users preferences are saved separately.
