XBOX One App was converting 1080P to 720P and cant stop it and now cannot access server on XBOX One anymore? Tried everything. Pulling my hair out! Hating PLEX devs now!

I don’t understand wth is going on with PLEX lately. Ever since an update a few weeks ago it has been completely ruined for me on XBOX One after having NEVER HAD AN ISSUE!!!
I was able to access my server on my console and see my library BUT when playing movies/TV shows it all of a sudden started downgrading everything to 720P??? I tried fixing that to no avail. After reading thru the forums for answers and changing some settings in the client and app NOW I can’t access the server AT ALL on my console? “The server is unavailable” or unreachable is all I get? Ive tried with secured connections checked and fallback to unsecure connections and not working. I’ve tried restarting the server and apps and not working. I’ve tried so many things I dont even know how to get my settings back to default. Everything as working fine since the PLEX app was released on XB1…video playback was original quality and access to server was fine? WTH happened? I’m at the point of screaming at my TV and pulling my hair out and thinking of cancelling my plex pass. I NEED HELP. I just dont get wth they did with these updates to F it all up!

Plex devs have not responded to a thread on the Xbox section of the forum in a long time.
