XBOX One Error since update There was a problem playing this item

Since the new app was released I have been getting this error when playing back files. It seems to happen randomly during playback, sometimes the item will play all the way through, sometimes I’ll get the error once, twice, no real consistency. I hit Go Back then Resume and its fine until it happens again at some point, or doesn’t happen again. Seems strange. Never had the problem with the previous version or on other players.

I didn’t see any logs on the server related to this but I didn’t have debug on yet. I’ll put debug on tomorrow, see if anything is logged, and upload the log if no one knows whats happening.

Yep… same here. This seems to be pretty widespread. At this point they need to get their ■■■■ together as this is unacceptable for us Plex Pass users who pay… or revert to the old app and release this as a “beta” till they fix it.
