I am hopeful of this as well. The first release of this UI was way back in July 2017 with PMP Preview 2.0 (I tried the Mac version). Thus far Xbox is the only platform I have seen it expanded to, but you never know… Lots of people were not happy when the Nvidia UI was applied to all Android TV platforms (including Fire TV), but that was definitely a less jarring UI change than this. I can only advise everyone to disable auto-updates on whatever platform they are using and make sure you check the changes before applying the update.
If they roll out this UI to Android TV (my primary watching device), I’ll be dumping Plex for Emby.
