Xbox One Playback Issue

I have no idea where to put this, so I have put it here.

 

Im getting stuttering playback of large files when using the Xbox one app. Changed the network configuration (which is all gigabit) to be on the same switch, issue persists. Playing same files through the Plex for Samsung Smart Hub, works no issue (and looks somewhat better to be honest), what do I need to look for to fix this?

I already got to the bottom on this, its transcoding issues.

I use H264 with mp4 container and no problems here!
