Continuous play is a little limited right now, but you can play a whole season/show/library by using the play or shuffle button on that page. We still need to make this respect unwatched status, and just play those items - sorry!
Ideally and I think maybe the easiest way to acheibe this would be a separate button from on deck. Similar as “X” button does direct play from the last update (which was awesome BTW) I can’t imagine it would be too hard to make the “Y” button continuously play unwatched episodes.
This really is the one and only thing I personally feel this app needs. I understand the whole thing about some people not wanting it but its not like that would be the default behavior.
Looks like this is nearly the perfect client now. Once the filtering options and the option for it to act as a companion app are there it’s probably time to ditch my Roku.

add channel support to that and then you have a perfect client
Great to see HTTPS, image support and a full on settings screen, mmm powerful!
Some nice new features and bug fixes all round
Still excited for channels and would love a native subtitle solution.
Oh and a cosmetic one - it would be awesome if we could set our images as the Xbox wallpaper, this way I could share them with my bro. I currently access my Plex images via UPnP using the Xbox Media Player app and can set them as the wallpaper from there.
I regularly shuffle a library, but in the new version I no longer see the option to move to the next episode, I can only fast forward or backwards. Is this intended or am I missing something?
Definitely Plex Home for me. Then HEVC at some point. Also that chapter support from the iOS client if it’s not already in? (Haven’t checked it out yet as am at work).
Great work though lads (and potentially ladies?) - definitely my go to client now, along with iOS when on the move.
That said, when can we expect the next update? (joke!)
Oh, and thanks for the option to turn that blur off!

No, you can’t change the view type in the season page. We had a lot of feedback (from other big screen apps as well) that a vertical list with more information was more useful for episode lists. It also fits in nicely for some future plans where we want to do more than just ‘play’ an item.
Overall, a lot of really good additions to the app. But, this one puzzles me, especially since there were quite a few folks with kids that asked to get the “thumbnail only” view back when it was taken off Android. For folks with kids (especially young kids that can’t read yet), it doesn’t matter whether it’s big screen or small screen, having text is kind of pointless. Couldn’t we have the option to turn on either thumbnails or thumbnails with text? Ideally it could be done at the library level or a toggle to turn it on or off like in the Android app.
