Xbox One S - gray horizontal bars

Hi,

my plex has always worked fine and since about a week, I started having horizontal bars on my xbox one client. So it looks like it happened after an update (client or server ? IDK).

These bars aren’t present on all files so it seems it’s a related to certain codecs or settings.
Problem happens on my xbox one

Problem doesn’t happens :
on the same tv but with Apple tv (problem isn’t the tv, I never get these bar outside plex on xbox)
on my iphone
on my ipad
with browsers on computer or plex media center

Here’s a picture of the problem. I took it between two scenes of a movie since it’s way more visible on black screen :

BTW, files are direct play, no transcoding.

Any idea ?

EDIT: forcing transcoding resolve the problem !

But that’s not a good solution
