Nice to see Plex officially supported on the Xbox one!
First bug I’ve come across is when streaming a 1080p video. Works fine on its own but as soon as I add on subtitles, the video keeps pausing every few seconds. Possibly a buffering issue?

Unfortunately that’s not a bug: The server is re-encoding the video and burns in subtitles… if you server is not fast enough to do that, the video will pause ever few seconds. This is a horrible way to display subtitles!
It’s the exact same problem with the iOS app. I -really- hope they add true subtitle support at some point in the future.

Push the A button while the video is playing, choose the ... (3 dots) menu.
I have the same problem here. It's impossible watch anything with this issue. Even when I put in 2Mbps/768p the problem continues.
This issue needs to be fix urgent. I did sign Plex Pass just because the Xbox One app...
