Xbox One X Aspect ratio issues

Hello everyone,

I have had this issue for the last few versions and it has not been resolved.

Certain media files in my library have an issue with aspect ratio but only playing through my xbox one x. This issue is to intense that it’ll take a file and stretch it so it plays like a 16:2 ratio(see attached picture). but it only does this on select files and playing it on my chromecasts (2nd gen and 4K), LG tv, computers, or phones has no issues…
here is all the info from the file. (compared to another episode and they’re identical yet that other file works fine…)
