Xbox One X DVR only 720P no 1080 unless via web client

Hi all,

I purchased Homerun Duo and its working great but I have found that the Plex app on Xbox one X will not stream 1080P only 720P.

If I stream from my PC using Plex (Google Chrome) I am able to stream in 1080P (original)

Any Idea what would cause this?

Version 3.95.2 Beta channel

Host PC is a HP Z3 mini G3 i7700 @3.60Ghz with 32GB of RAM
