When trying to play videos, TV shows specifically, h.264 is an unmitigated disaster for playback. Stuttering, stammering, and inside of a minute, it stops cold. X265, however, works just fine. Which makes little to no sense.
Is there any way that this can be looked into by anyone?

I too am having the same issues, Its very annoying. The only solution we have to watching videos via our xbox now is to use the VLC app. So its not a hardware issue as that runs fine.

Agreed. It’s entirely frustrating that this is a seemingly known issue, but, it’s nothing but crickets in reply.
