HEVC playback broken on Xbox Series X

Any .x265 HEVC does not play back properly (no error, just massive colour distortion to the point that it is completely unwatchable). This happened after last player update.

I just bough lifetime plex pass, now half my library is unplayable. Great work.

Still broken as of Plex for Xbox v2.101.3, although now it sometimes play correctly very briefly. Whatever they did was a shot in the right direction but ultimately an abysmal failure.

Are you still experiencing this problem. Last night I was trying to stream a 4K HEVC on Plex on XBOX Series X and it would buffer and stutter every few seconds.

I have no problems streaming .x265 HEVC from Xbox Series X.

Been playing hevc/x265 flawlessly on xbox one and xbox series x for 2 years. Give us the media files properties, container, audio codec, bitrates, post processing options…
