hello, I have plex pass, and i can watch all my movies on my mac or windows or ios fluently, but there is a playback error on my xss and the web browser. So, is this problem caused by my setting or plex client? I dont know the solution, and need some help, thanks.

Try optimizing the video from the Plex server. I have this issue with some mp4 videos from time to time, and optimizing at original quality has worked for me.
