I have quite a bit of Xbox Video content (movies, tv shows) on my Plex Server PC and was wondering if Plex could add a feature to playback Xbox video via Plex players? I suppose Music from Xbox Music would be a nice addition as well (I see iTunes is available, but I don't use iTunes).
I am pretty sure all Video from Xbox Video is DRM'd, so that will be impossible. If it is purchased music from Xbox Music, you should be able to easily add the files to your Plex music library. If these are not purchases, again they are drm'd and will not be able to be played back via Plex...
I understand the DRM part. I guess what I’m proposing is that Plex somehow tie to your Xbox account (using APIs) to then add that content to your Plex Libraries (same with YouTube purchases), if possible. Just bringing it up that it would be slick.
