Really really nice! Can’t wait to try it out! I only have one major point of feedback: the loader with the logo in between each screen is too big of a transition. I would like it if it was just a slight dim of the current page, with a spinner somewhere it the corner and then show the next page when loaded.
New UI looks neat! I second the opinion that the loader screen is very obvious and would rather have something more subtle. Also does it support actor commentaries/extras and other plex pass features? I like how it is at the bottom of the info on the current version. Maybe you can draw some inspiration from how the current web player UI is setup where when you scroll down it shows actors, extras, related movies… and so on? Rotten tomatoes support would be cool too

If you purchase Xplay for the 550RUB, how does that app register? mine says Demo, and has a couple days left.
Sure would be nice if the official Plex App worked like this one. Always had direct stream and sound issues. (DTS converted to AAC, it used to work)

Same here. Brazilian LG shop. I have a LG EG9100. And im having some issues with the aspect ratio, cuz all movies stream on full screen and i would like to see it on 16:9. I dont know how to fix it.

Firstly, which version is the latest? Can you please indicate how I can update it? It would appear that many people have deleted and re-installed, but this didn’t work.
Secondly, I have just updated my PMS to Version 1.7.4.4017 and now the playback via XPLAY and stability seems to be a problem.

The last version is 20170514.1.2.8.
Before updating your PMS to the last version is better to wait for the feedback here from other users.
First of all: FOLKS, this update is NOT released yet! 20170514.1.2.8. (online) IS still the latest release version!
Questions/Feedback to new UI: Looks good so far, but do I have to click the “up” and “down” arrow buttons to scroll inside a TV show episode list or can I use my LG Scroll mouse of the magic remote? I hate much clicking, and I think the clickable buttons are a bit too small. Also, do I have to click every time to access the left main menu that is faded in and out? it would be nice if it´s appearing automatically when I move the mouse pointer to the far left.

In general, the issue is that Xplay has trouble handling videos which has multiple subtitles downloaded through agents(subzero, opensubtitles etc). For example, If I choose to play one of my videos with a downloaded English sub, then for some reason Xplay plays a french downloaded sub instead.
The same video with the same subtitle plays perfectly in the official Plex-app(except for the transcoding).

That is a weird issue, mostly because I have a similar setup where I use Sub-zero to download (multiple) subtitles as well and never experienced this. Maybe tweak your settings in Sub-Zero? Be sure to save the subtitles in the same folder.

I see this has been asked over and over. Hate to ask but I have to. For me, this app won’t update. I purchased the app and uninstalled. It still shows that it is up to date with a date of February 7 2017. How can I update this? I have an LG 55UH6150 with WebOS 3.0. Any 4K content I try to stream just craps out every 3 to 4 seconds for 10 seconds or more at a time. Any help would be appreciated.
