I have a large collection of movies with over 3500 titles and I find advanced filters in XPlay are so unresponsive they are unusable. Each time you perform an action such as press the down arrow it is several seconds (at least more than 5) before the action occurs.

Secondly is it possible to allow string searches entered via soft keyboard on actor/director etc. filters rather than selecting from a list. You can imagine that scrolling to the R’s etc. on a collection my size will be impossible.

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this or not. I am having trouble with XPlay streaming 4K content. I have had it working for a month now, but after I updated my Plex Server today, XPlay will not load content. The spinning circle will just spin for about 60 seconds then tell me “The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported” I get no indications on my server that anything is attempting to be played. Not sure if this is isolated to just me or not, but if anyone has a potential solution I would be very appreciative.

XPlay will play all other non-4K content just fine and if I deselect the “Direct Play” option in the XPlay menu my server will transcode the 4K stream and it will play, just not in HDR.

Currently my PMS is running: 1.12.1.4885 and the latest version of XPlay which I downloaded directly from the WebOS store.
I am running my PMS on unRaid. Thank you in advance!

Now i have a problem i cannot use XPLAY on my LG C7 OLED 2017 with webOS3.5 since this morning it is asking me to link the account to Plex with https://plex.tv/link which i did like 10 times and then i get the same message again although application plex is working on same TV and when i enter the 4 Letter digit code the plex site shows me the account is linked !! i uninstalled the application Xplay and reinstalled it same thing happens !!!there is no other option i can choose from
what should i do i already paid for the APP

Finally got it to Work i had to remove power from LG TV after uninstalling XPLAY and re install XPLAY after plugging power !!
its very Awkward ! tell me about Problems out of the blue !!

would be a great feature to have Number of Reviewers from IMDB along with the rating that is a very informative factor

My mistake i had two libraries pointed to the same folder one called home videos and another family videos
when i removed one of them all worked fine
