I updated the app just now, and now my LG C7 keeps prompting a new code to link with plex. Every code it prompts it gives on plex.tv/link account activated but the xplay app gives just a new code…

Also have a problem with endless linking codes. Can’t get back in. 
I have more than one LG TV and Xplay was updated on one of them, did not have the linking issue that some are noting. However there are some navigation issues, if you select a TV show that has more seasons than will fit on the screen, you may see part of the last season, but you cannot scroll over to view the remaining seasons.
The Home screen seems limited when you can only view the last handful of episodes that were added instead you have to select recently added from a menu to view more.
I always thought it was odd you had to use the <??> at the bottom of the screen to scroll from screen to screen instead of just continuing to scroll by pressing the arrow buttons… Hopefully there will be some fixes for smoother navigation…
I deleted the autherised user Xplay and relinked the account. And now i´m back in. But i´m really not diggin the new Home screen. Would love to have more recently added and resume continue watching. don´t like only 9 on the same screen. with no scrolling option. Hope you will keep updating. also having trouble switching home user accounts. seems like a bug or something.

Hmm, that doesn’t work for me… you mean the authorized device in account setting on plex right?
yup that´s what i did (deleted the authorized device in account settings on the plex server) and then i deleted the Xplay app on the TV. Then reset evering and tryed from scrats installing Xplay in the tv again and the relink with the code first prompted. worked for me

When you select a recently added or continue watching tv show from the home screen, and you hower the mouse/pointer to the buttom of the screen there comes up the seasons of the selected tv show. But there is not the Yellow boxex with episodes watch status. only if you find the tv show from the library, then they show the yellow boxex with numbers of episodes left to watch

When clicking the search button, the keyboard comes up like expected, but if you move the pointer away from the search bar the keyboard dissapears instantly, that makes et really hard to move to the keyboard at the bottom of the screen before it dissapears. if the pointer hits a movie poster on the way.

would also be pretty nice with the option to scroll in the left menu bar.
And also where did my nice profile pics dissapear too ? 
Anyways keep up the good work. But this new version takes some time to get used to.
- When I connecting to Plex server why XPLAY connect me to friends server when my own server is available?
I did try unlink and linking again after restart app but I can’t connect to my own server and WHY I MUST connect to a friend’s server and just after that change connected server to mine? What is this bug or joke? - Where is the option “remember password”?
I very sad for you turn good app to the “trash app”.
Also play automatically next episode not working… 
I would like the old app back plz…

new version just came out…
The new interface is really annoying… missing a lot of options that used on the old one…
And don’t really understand why does xplay use my plex server public IP… both TV and server are on same lan…

The situation with new version is quite complex.
I do not recommend to update the app for the moment. I just noticed that wrong version of the app was published … and for the moment I dont know who is guilty in this situation me or LG QA Team … human factor …
I’ve send to LG an 1:1 inquiry about the situation and asked them to publish correct version as fast as possible.

For those who dont like new UI.
Unfortunately LG did not allow to publish new version as a separate app.
The only way to continue developing the app was to replace current version.
Anyway after correct version of the app will be finally published I will able to allow to start old UI from online as a variant of solution of “the problem”

I updated one of my TV’s
don’t like the fact I cannot keep the left menu available all the time to switch between libraries (in the old UI u can hide it or keep it shown )
will not update my C8 yet with the new interface until you confirm the latest version is available
can you please point out what is the new features that is available for the new Update

I just updated to the new version and I’m stuck at “authorize this device”. I enter the code but the app just keeps presenting me with a new one… Any pointers on how to solve it?

I can translate in croatian (hrvatski). What do i need to translate @bublikoff exactly? Also after update Č, Ć are not working anymore in subtitles. Can you fix somehow this please?
Great… i updated before reading this, and the new version is not so good. Not to mention UI! The old one was miles better. Nothing is working right!
Someone stated before that now you are really close to native Plex app with the design and that is not good. :(. Before xPlay was xplay, and now it wants to be Plex. We want to downgrade someone. Is it possible maybe somehow?

Wrong version was published??? How is that possible? Can they re-publish the correct one?
Also the intro music is not working…
Need to mention one good thing though and that is live sub sync during the movie…

I just updated to version 2.189.171 on my LG B7 55 and after linking my account i get the option to choose which server I want to connect to. But whatever server I choose it says “Aw, snap! Something went wrong and we were unable to connect to ‘name-of-server’”. When will this be fixed? I need my daily fix of movies or soon i’m gonna start climbing the walls.
