I have the PMS running on an iMac, that’s ran through my Unifi switch, and then a Netgear router. I do have a VPN running on the iMac. I remotely access it daily from my job and only have issues if the power goes out at the house and the server needs rebooted. A few weeks ago my remote access stopped working randomly without any changes on my end and I don’t recall updating anything. We can still access everything locally, I’ve tried going through the troubleshooting with reboots, port forwards, etc and still nothing.
I’ve seen on other posts about certificates needing reset, and other various issues that are well above my head. I’ve also read on here to shut down remote access for an hour, reboot PMS, turn on remote access, allow it to connect and crash again, then pull the logs. So I’ve done just that, but I don’t feel comfortable posting my logs openly to the public, but I can send them to an admin for review. Just hoping someone can help bring some insight to whats going on, thanks!
