PMS appears to lose remote access. I manually reconnect and it is all good. for a while.

Switch to a manually defined port forwarding, instead of relying on Plex negotiating that with your router automatically (UPnP).

Hmmm, disabled IPV6 and so far, remote access has stabilised.
Coincidence ?
