Remote acccess suddenly not working

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2029
Player Version#: 1.4.0.924

Running off Archer A6 router to Mac OSX 10.15. Everything working fine until all of sudden the remote access no longer functioned. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting processes, tried port forwarding. Nothing seems to work. Is this a Plex problem or what???
