You don't have permission to access this resource

Hello, when I try to reach my NAS through my local address 192.168.0.xxx I receive this error:
‘Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.’
I have checked this guide already: Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in? | Plex Support
But I cannot find any com.plexapp.plexmediaserver.plist file in the folder
~/Library/Preferences/ of my mac.
What I can do?
