I am also experiencing this. I don’t use the on deck feature - recently added is good enough for me to keep up with new shows. It used to work when set to “0”, but now it does now.
The setting of zero number of weeks for On Deck was an undocumented feature that inadvertently got zapped when a recent change was made to make sure we do not break if a ridiculous high value entered
This is being looked into
