"Your change cannot be saved" is the message I keep getting

I’m installing Plex Media Server on the QNAP NAS. When adding library folder, I keep getting this message, “Your change cannot be saved.” How do I go about troubleshooting this? Thanks!

Well, first of all, you are installing a very old version, so strongly suggest you download the latest version, and install that
