"Your changes could not be saved" - Metadata Issue

Hi there,

I noticed in the past few days an inability to change metadata for any media. For example, I’ve been trying to edit “Sharing → Labels” and I’m getting “Your changes could not be saved.”

I have tried restarting Plex, my rclone mount, and my entire seedbox (my server his hosted remotely). I reached out to seedbox support, and they suggested I start here.

I also tried changing the agent (from Plex Movies to TMDB), but that also had the same result. Interestingly, new media I add does get matched and shows in the library with the correct metadata.

Appreciate any insight!

Just following up in the hopes someone here is able to offer any guidance or ideas. Happy to provide more information if required (and sorry if I’m missing something obvious–I don’t frequent the forums)!
