You don’t have a corrupt database but it is doing a lot of [DatabaseFixups] that may not be complete. Appears you UniFi does not allow DNS rebinding so many http 404 errors. Whether that is the problem or red herring I don’t know.

I just installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 and the latest Plex software and I too cannot add folders to my library. This is a major issue and I see at least one other person reported it 3 days ago and nobody has responded.

As I mentioned in the OP I did do that…multiple times.

I’ve also been having this problem in recent days. Is this just something that will go away after a few days or the next update? I’ve done all the restart and other troubleshooting suggestions with no success.

Exit server, re-start, and refresh the browser. This was suggested by a mod and it worked for me. Credit to the mod
