Your connection to the server is not fast enough to stream this video

Looked through the forum history but don’t see a solution to this., despite previous postings.

I have a 200Mbps ethernet connection, but Plex can’t stream a 30Mbps 1080P HD file, even when I downscale to 20Mpbs or 12 Mbps.

Any settings I can change to stop this other than downgrading my video to 480P?
