I just added a new user, and he’s been playing content (over two hours in fact), but the Activity dashboard says he has zero plays so I can’t see what he’s been accessing. It’s strange because it says 0 plays, but 2 hr 15 min, and it’s identifying the time under Movies.
I don’t have this issue with any other user.
Any ideas?

I would really like an answer to this from the developers. It is my “assumption” that plays are only counted when the content has reached the set ending time (10 minutes from the end for example.) However, this is grossly misleading when we want to view what others have watched, even if it is only 20 minutes of a 3 hour movie I’d like to know what content was viewed. This will help understand what else to add in the future for a given user’s viewing pleasure.
