Cannot zoom after recent update. Picture stays long and tall. Doesnt stretch to wide.

I believe you’re talking about a feature of your tv… not the Plex app.

While playing video, pull up on-screen controls.
Select three vertical dots in right corner.
Select Playback Settings.
Adjust Display Mode as desired.
