my metadata is not working correctly

every time I add new content or add a new series my metadata does not load it correctly or at all most of the time

  1. Is your media named and structured per the Plex naming standards? (link in my signature)
  2. With PMS stopped, you can clear the caches, restart PMS, and force refresh the metadata https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202967376-Clearing-Plugin-Channel-Agent-HTTP-Caches

Have you either disabled or dragged to the bottom “Local media assets” for all of the agents and library types in the agents section of the server settings?
