You could look at the Plex Logs (Settings > Server > Help > Download Logs
).
As it’s such a stable pattern… is there anything changing around that time? – e.g. your router assigning new IP addresses every day
What are the actual symptoms of your Plex going down? Can you no longer access the server remotely / in your network, via a client / on that machine itself through Plex Web…?
Hi
Here you have two logs: The first are from 20 april, and the second from today after restart

Something is clearly hitting it around 16:30. It might be the WAN DHCP address refresh disturbing it because at 16:36 PMS detects the change and goes for a new Public IP update. Yes, kinda out there but i’ve seen crazier.
If you have 1.12.2 available, I suggest installing on top of the existing 1.12.3 (preserves your library) and making a comparative test.
Only other thing I could think of is if this is a shared Internet feed, is someone getting online around that time (kids getting home from school, etc.) and hitting something like an Xbox, etc.?
I have installed the newest Version. And at this time, no other user are connected to the network (only 2 for Plex), and on this Time tv, consoles or so don’t have connection to network, and no backup or nas processe or so is working at this time.
Do you think the firewall is missconfigurated? I have only allowed 32400 TCP
ok. Its not a firewall problem. On a synology NAS it works, on a other QNAP it works. I think the Problem is Plex with QNAP TS-563. All other connections on the QNAP TS-563 is working without any problem
I just had to roll back from QTS 4.3.4.0551 to 4.3.4.0435
What version are you using and at what version did this problem start?
4.3.4.0551 on both qnap. So I will test for two Days if I has the problem on both QNAP. Is your problem solved with downgrade?
It‘s correct. The first NAS had a older Version, But Inhave updated.
My issue was resolved by downgrading to 4.3.4.0435 (previous version).
After downgrading and moving 30+ TB of data later, no errors have been reported
I have completed a full write-up for QNAP and submitted it with the ticket.

Today I had the Problem again. So I had downgraded.
Why you have moving 30+ TB of data? After a Downgrade, a NAS don’t lost the settings and Data
Why you take 4.3.4.0435 and not 4.3.4.0516?

Great. Thank you. Has QNAP send a feedback?

@ChuckPA is there any update on this QNAP ticket? I’m seeing this as well.
Thanks
