Tried the web addresses in IE and Chrome. IE just show a big PLEX in the middle of the screen. Chrome just is a white screen with nothing on it. I re downloaded the install file and did a repair installation. Same results. I’ve attached the logs

That second interface was created by VirtualBox. I disabled it. Restarted the server and still have the exact same symptoms with both IE and Chrome Thanks for your help. That was a good idea.
