FYI radam1976… I was dinking around and got it to work. Here is what I did:
- Uninstall the AverMedia app, using the uninstaller in the app itself (Start -> AverMedia -> Uninstall)
- Choose the top option, to uninstall the app, but not the drivers
- When complete, exit Plex Server, and open Task Manager and make sure all Plex “stuff” is no longer running (stop it if it is)
- Restart Plex Server, run DVR wizard, worked for me at that point.
