FIXED:
- webOS: Revert changes to playback initialization, in webOS 1 and 2, which may result in the inability to resume playback at a non-zero time position.
- webOS: Remove AVI direct play capabilities from webOS 1 and 2. webOS 3 continues to play AVI files with MPEG4 and MJPEG video codecs and AAC, MP3, and PCM audio codecs.
- webOS: Restrict HEVC (H.265) video codec to UHD capable displays.
- webOS: Prevent webOS 1 and 2 from direct streaming videos with HEVC (H.265) video codecs. These videos will transcode to H.264.
