Server says "Fully Accessible Outside your network" - Server Unavailable Outside

Anyways I ended up forwarding this port and everything started working again. About a month later i went back and tested 32400 and it now either port works for me.

also make sure your port is really open using a site like:
yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

you see a result like this:

It shows my port is closed. I have tried most of the combinations and its still not open. Could that be the issue? but the port is open in my firewall and have forwarded in my router too.
