Whatever I put in the postcode box (Including the suggested “D01”, I am unable to proceed beyond this point. The “Continue” button remains disabled.

Please advise what Plex is expecting for a postcode for TV services in Ireland?

Problem found. Expect fix to go into the next beta release (hotfix release)

But be careful, users are now having issues with Gracenote even working as the EPG provider! I await the hotfix/glue fix for Plex to…

New beta out

Release Notice for 1.16.1.1273 i has now been added - see Plex Media Server

  • (DVR) Don’t default to Episode 1. (#10207)
  • (DVR) Users in Canada can now set up a new DVR, using a space in the postal code. (#10204)
  • (DVR) Users in Ireland can now set up a new DVR.
  • (DVR) Additionally show channel title in DVR setup where only an internal channel identifier is present.

You do need a full guide refresh to correct the errors for E1

Thank you @sa2000, I can confirm that this has resolved the issue setting up a new DVR for D15.

Further, I can advise that the channels for Saorview Ireland OTA Broadcast match what is being broadcast. The long name in brackets is helpful as the names of the stations changed a little while ago when TV3 was rebranded Virgin Media One and VMs Two and Three appeared.

@sa2000 quick update the hotfix failed to address the renaming of sporting events. All episodes of MLB, Formula 1, etc still default to Episode 1.

I think we have a full regression of this bug again on Plex Server 1.16.6.1559-a71394a45
I am getting the exact same flow as in the first post, and also in Ireland with a HD Homerun running its latest firmware

I tried the D15 code - that has worked; I am in the west so the codes are different; but its the same channels over ireland so this works fine

I dont know what has changed, but this has been rock solid all night. i cant remember Plex and Live TV working so well. Im tempted to see if DVB-S2 has been looked into more?
