I am having this problem which I have seen reported by other people. I am in the UK which I believe to be a supported region and I am running version 1.18.1.1973 which I believe is the latest. Just paid for a Plex pass specifically for this. How do I fix this please ?
just to confirm - you only type in the first part of the postcode, so in my case OX25.
