1.18.1.1973 - Remote Access just stopped

Server Version#: 1.18.1.1973
Player Version#: Version 4.10.1

Hi Guys,

Last resort post here, I’ve tried everything I could find on Google but I simply cannot get remote access working since the patch, for whatever reason so would really appreciate some help!

I have tried:

  • rollback to an old version
  • the logout/remove server/reclaim technique
  • removing the extra switch I had between my router.
  • a million restarts of both PC/router while enabling/disabling the existing port forward rules.

I should mention when i go to enable remove access, it does appear Green and working for a matter of ~20 seconds?

This has been running really good for years… so I am puzzled unless my ISP has done something.

Your router is not getting a public IP address. It appears you are subject to your ISP’s CG-NAT.
