Hey folks running on Windows OS - Grab the update Plex places into the “updates” folder and rerun setup. I was given the option to “repair”. This option resolved my issue. I don’t recall the default folder, but it’s something like \PlexData\Plex Media Server\Updates\1.18.4.xxx\packages
