Are you using the bundled web app (localip:32400) or hosted(app.plex.tv)? Does this happen in other clients ?!

Which agent are you using for the TV Libraries?

I think you bumped into a know issue that was introduced when the web app added support for upgrading to the new media agent for movies.
The web web app wrongly exposes the upgrade option on TV Libraries too, if you use it you might end up in a situation like this.
We patched the PMS side to avoid this even if the option is exposed in web, it will be deployed in the next hotfix (early next week).
For now the best way to work around it is to create a new TV show Library and make sure you don’t use the upgrade option.
This is assuming ofc you did use that option.
If not then we might have a different bug in which case Logs would be needed.

yes I upgraded the TV library. I don’t know this bug.
