1-Plex not playing some videos on my Synology NAS. 2-Plex can't find some subtitles even though it is available on opensubtitles.org

Server Version#:1.26.0.5715
Player Version#:9.2.0.32520

Hello,
I live in Istanbul.
I have Nvidia Shield TV Pro (Version: 9.0.2) and Synology DS218J NAS (Version: 7.1.0). PMS is installed on Shield TV.
1-Plex not playing some videos on my NAS, giving connection error.
2-Plex can’t find some subtitles even though it is available on opensubtitles.org.
Whatever I did, it didn’t work,
I request an urgent solution.

May I please have the DEBUG logging (VERBOSE is OFF) ZIP file

which captures this happening?

From there, I will be able to see:

  1. What the Shield requested
  2. What PMS decided
  3. What happened as the playback started

The shield pro will DirectPlay everything unless set for “Burn-In Always” (Automatic subtitles is always the best option)

If there is a connection error… this implies local network problem – which the logs will contain the details of.

Hello ChuckPa,
Since I work for a company here, I couldn’t answer right away.
Thanks for answering, but I’m not technically good at this.
I don’t know from which device, where and how to get what you want.
If you tell me step by step I will try to do it.

Hello ChuckPa,
As an example video file, I tried playing the movie Alita:Battle Angel (2019).
I got the attached debug file from Nvidia Shield TV. I hope it will be useful.
Thanks…
