Plex cannot find subtitles

I have an Nvidia shield tv device. The Plex application cannot find the Turkish subtitles of some movies on opensubtitles.org, it gives the message “no results” even though it is on opensubtitles.org. I can show the movie “A Mouthful of Air” as an example.
Also, the “Adjust Subtitle Offset” feature doesn’t work well either. You play the movie over and over to maintain a sync while adjusting while the movie is playing.
These issues are not present in the Kodi app. But I’m a Plex Pass member and I want Plex to be better than Kodi
