It was fixed then, but I would be surprised, if an additional fix would be made once more for unsupported clients.
To debug, one would have to switch on debug logging on the Sammy, and then hope that something of value was logged.
Then one would have to duplicate this on an old PMS version where it worked, and compare the logs.
With all above, I can only say, and do note I happen to own a few sammies running Orca client, that it’s a lost case IMHO, since:
- The client is old, and not supported (-2015 is old, when thinking of this as a computer, which is what a smart-tv is)
- Some platforms using that client can’t login/claim anymore, due to the OS by Samsung hasn’t received updated to support newer protocols used by today’s std. for security
