Two HDHomeRun CONNECT - only 1 enabled

Hello everybody!

New to Plex, I’m a long term Windows Media Center user looking for a solid OTA DVR solution.

Latest server version 1.11.3.4803

As the subject states, I have 2 HDHomeRun CONNECT:
-one is showing: X channels - X enabled
-the other is showing: X channels - 0 enabled

When I go into the manage channels for the 2nd tuner, there is a checkbox above all the channels listed that is checked, but none of the actual channels are checked. I’ve tried multiple times to scan channels with the same results. I can uncheck/check the top checkbox which selects the channels the scan finds, but the Guide Channels are all blank. I could go through and select the correct guides, but I don’t feel I should have to with a paid product. If this was Kodi with a NextPVR backend I could understand…

Is Plex using the first tuners channel listings and mirroring them to the 2nd tuner in an obscured way? Any way I can dump the tuner config to be sure?

I just went through adding the channels that weren’t selected and received an error: There is a duplicate channel mapping.
I included some screen shots in hopes to help. Thanks!

You will need to scan through the channels and determines where you have the same channel on the right selected for two channels on the left.

Thanks @johnm_ColaSC I just went through and made sure both devices had the same channels selected and I now have both devices with channels enabled. I was assuming that being identical devices hooked up to the same OTA antenna, the same channels would show up after the initial scan.
