2 HDHomeRun units (4 tuners) Different channels enabled. Plex DVR tries to record from wrong tuner

Plex Version 1.4.1.3362
2x HDHomeRun Extend tuners
2x OTA (over the air) antenna with partially overlapping coverage.

I’ve arranged the order of the tuners such that the jobs should go to the antennae with the narrower coverage first (unless it’s filled up). Most of the channels overlap.

I’ve now seen multiple instances in Plex Media Server.log of attempts to start a grab from the HDHomeRun that does not have coverage of the channel in question.

The recording schedule continues to display like the recording just hasn’t started yet.

Anyone else seeing this same bug too?

Same bug here! I’m running Plex Version 1.13.5.5291 and have 2 HD HomeRun Extend tuners. See photo below. When I tune to a channel that ONLY resides on the second tuner it tries to open the channel on the first tuner. Very frustrating…

This gent seemed to get it to work. Doesnt work for me. Help!

I’m having the same problem and considering that each tuner get different channel, recordings on my second tuner always fail. Also see: Plex DVR, Trying to watch Live TV but get error “Unable to tune channel (no parts)” and Recordings failling and can’t watch certain channels
