They do not see the server online when they are on their home WiFi, when they go on their mobile network on their phone they see the server online and it works just fine. The TV app works fine (though I think it might be an indirect connection).
I’ve tried troubleshooting this with them and this was the conclusion:
After clearing the cache on the PLEX app and setting it to ALWAYS ALLOW UNSAFE CONNECTIONS, all my devices work perfectly for streaming. If I revert the setting, the old error returns, preventing access to the Plex server. I’m unsure why this “unsafe” connection issue arose.
This only happens for 2 people. Other’s can stream just fine without problems.
Does anyone have any experience with this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
