Hi.
Im having an issue where my plex server is showing as offline in the android mobile app. Even though its working fine on all other devices i have, including a Shield Pro, windows PC and Sony smart TV.
Any ideas to fix this? I tried clearing cache, reinstalling the app, signing out and back in.but nothing helped so far.
Strangely my friends server is perfectly reachable in the android app, just not my own. Tried both on local wifi and on 4G.

Check your secure connections settings and make sure they’re compatible.
Plex Media Server: Settings → Network → Secure Connections = Required / Preferred (default) / Disabled
Plex Android mobile: Settings → Advanced → Allow Insecure Connections = Never / On Same Network / Always
For example, if server set to Secure = Disabled, and mobile set to Insecure = Never, Plex server will show unreachable on mobile app.
