2 or more plex servers

Server Version#: 1.40.2.8395
Player Version#: 4.125.1
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
I enabled a new plex server, under Ubuntu, it is claimed with my account, but it is not capable of being remotely accessible, I have another one that works without problems with the solution they delivered a while ago.

Each server needs a unique external WAN port number which is port forwarded to the LAN IP of the server.

That’s the only requirement and how simply it works.

ya lo tengo realizado como indicas pero aun asĂ

no funciona

Gateway Port Forward configuration?

@IORY88

Do not forward the UDP ports, port 3005, 8324 or 32469

You need only ONE port forwarded per server.

You forward the TCP port which goes to Server_IP:32400
All other ports are LAN-ONLY

@IORY88

Yes, that’s right.

Now confirm the host’s firewall , if enabled, allows port 32400

For both servers, In Remote Access settings – Show Advanced.

  1. “Manually specify port”
  2. Type in the external port number.
  3. Click Retry

@IORY88

Confirm DEBUG logging is enabled and VERBOSE logging is disabled
(Settings - Server - General - Show Advanced… SAVE if changed)

Restart PMS

Wait 3 minutes

Download the logs ZIP and attach it

Do you have two routers ?

Apr 23, 2024 20:42:02.593 [140470743169848] DEBUG - [EventSourceClient/pubsub/173.230.131.250:443] MyPlex: reachability check - current mapping state: 'Mapped - Publishing'.

no solo 1 router

Remove everything else. It should be:

32400-32400 - 192.168.1.250 - 32400-32400 - TCP
32402-32402 - 192.168.1.249 - 32402-32402 - TCP

Plex on 192.168.1.249 is listening on port 32402, so forwarding 32402 to 32400 (like you have currently) is wrong.

I read the rule as forwarding WAN port 32402 → LAN 192.168.1.249:32400 , which is correct.

I don’t understand.

32402-32402 - 192.168.1.249 - 32402-32402 - TCP

Please double check? I think you’ve misread it?
Both are set for Private Port destination 32400

Sorry you’re right.

It is working perfectly, restart the Upnp protocol on the ISP router.

thank you so much
