2 Plex servers (Openmediavault) on same network, issues with remote access

Hi guys, network setup is as follows:

Draytek 2860 used in MODEM mode bridging into Unifi Dream Machine
Port forwarding setup to pass the correct ports from the WAN of the Draytek to the Unifi, port forward setup properly in Unifi, all tested, works OK.

Internal static IP addresses of servers:

OMV1: 192.168.0.41
OMV2: 192.168.0.60

I have tried to forward port 32400 to OMV1 & on OMV2 use the external port as 32401. When I try and access OMV 2, it always pushes me to OMV1. I can access the server externally but only 1 of them.

So if I go to 192.168.0.41:32400/web, it lands on the page served from OMV1 but the settings only show 1 server and not 2. It only shows settings for OMV2.

Confused? Yup, me too!

Please share some screenshots of each of the devices and the port forwarding that you’ve configured on them.

That’s odd. Typically when in a MODEM/Bridge mode a device doesn’t behave as a router and doesn’t need to (can’t!) do any port forwarding.

Just after I posted I restarted both servers and now it all works… I dunno why, thanks for the swift response!
