2 Problems: Fox Won't Tune, ABC Skipped in Channel Scan

Hello all,
I have 2 problems I’m trying desperately to get figured out…

Problem 1:
I live in KC and my local Fox channel will not tune. It usually states the connection to the Plex Media Server has been lost. Other channels seem to work fine. If I hit retry several times, sometimes it will come in for a bit… like 10-20 seconds and then quits again.

Tried changing several settings both on the Nvidia Shield and Plex. I’m thinking it is problem with the Nvidia Shield because the Google Live Channels app has a problem getting Fox too.

Problem 2:
The channel scan is skipping over my ABC station 9.1. I know it is NOT because I’m out of range. I fired up Google’s “Live Channels” app and did a scan and it finds it fine and tunes into it fine.
I’ve re-run the channel scan about 3 times and it never finds that channel.
According to my tvfool.com report, I’m well within the range with my Mohu Leaf 30 and the CW channel which is the same distance is found just fine.

Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Update for Problem 1…
So I logged into Plex.tv from a remote location (away from house) and Fox tunes in just fine. So, it appears the issue is with the Nvidia Shield not being able to tune in Fox. The reason I say it is in the Nvidia Shield is because Fox had problems tuning with the Live Channels app as well, not just Plex.

I don’t have a clue as to why that would be.

Also still curious why ABC is skipped over in the channel scan when it works just fine in the Live Channels app.
